我的问题是在每次迭代结束时进行保存,但是最大的问题是我运行dicomread函数的那一行。我将保存更改为每处理20张图像就会发生一次。

我还删除了注释中建议的预分配,以了解它在没有Diromread和节省大量资金的情况下产生了什么变化。它比预分配要慢得多。

...我只需要找到dicomread的解决方案(我正在使用它来检查文件是否损坏)。
