apt-file用于搜索哪个包提供文件。可以将其视为http://packages.ubuntu.com的离线版本和受限制的版本。
既然你用apt-file update不用sudo，也不能使用全系统目录（通常/var/cache/apt/apt-file），而是使用一个目录在你的家（~/.cache/apt-file）。
其他用户的搜索无法使用您用户的缓存。
如果您是唯一的用户，那么apt-file只要您对使用sudo（或不使用）保持一致，使用哪个缓存就没有关系。
apt-get并apt-file共享资源，但互不影响。
