我需要什么iptables命令来允许Web服务器流量？

我很难理解iptables规则。

我在笔记本电脑（vmware hypervisor）上运行了centos 6.5 VM，它看起来像是与此安装程序一起提供的iptables：

我只是在上面安装了apache，但是即使httpd正在运行，我也无法访问Web服务器。
