全新安装后Ubuntu 16.04损坏的软件包

全新安装Ubuntu 16.04之后，我的软件包损坏了，无法安装大多数应用程序。我从Synaptic尝试“修复损坏的程序包”，但无法正常工作。一个例子;

sudo apt-get install steam

我试过了;

sudo apt-get install -f
