导航到Azure Active Directory在Azure的门户网站- > Enterprise applications- >选择Application Type用All applications- >由搜索luis.ai.live- >单击应用程序- > Users and groups- >添加用户帐户作为角色（至少你需要的Owner应用程序的添加用户）。
或者，您也可以导航至Properties应用程序的，将设置User assignment required为No，它也可以解决问题。
还要注意，两种方式都需要Properties->Enabled for users to sign-in设置为Yes。
