运行Docker构建时出现未指定的错误（0x80004005）

一直想着docker https://hub.docker.com/?overlay=onboarding的入职第一步，在运行build命令时遇到问题

docker build -t <user>/cheers2019 .

该错误发生在第六步，代码错误（0x80004005）。我在带有Windows容器的Windows上运行docker。
