SQL Server:2008 R2版本

我需要一个t-sql查询来从所有带有前缀代码的电话号码中删除国家/地区代码,例如香港的电话号码是8522345678901,我想删除852,结果应该是2345678901。列是国家/地区代码,例如HK,USA,UK,AUS,因此基于该国家/地区代码,我需要从PhoneNumbers表列(例如移动电话,传真,固定电话)中修剪前缀DialingPhoneCode。

IIF函数只能在SQL Server 2012或更高版本中使用。

如果使用的是旧版本,则可以使用case语句替换它们。
