无法在Windows 10 Pro上启动Docker？

问题：

当我尝试启动Docker桌面时，会出现此错误。

Unable to create: The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Hyper-V was unable to find a virtual switch with name "DockerNAT".
