解决方案1.使用运算符@>两次,索引将同时用于以下两种情况:

         ->  Bitmap Index Scan on documents_data_idx  (cost=0.00..30.25 rows=300 width=0) (actual time=0.059..0.059 rows=1 loops=1)
               Index Cond: (data @> '{"type": "bar"}'::jsonb)
 Planning time: 3.170 ms
 Execution time: 0.289 ms

解决方案2.在上创建一个附加索引(data->'type')

 Execution time: 0.108 ms
