应用程序随机崩溃

这是我在工作的电脑。它是戴尔 Precision 3630 塔式工作站。当我们购买它时，它最初带有一个 256 gb ssd + 1 tb hd。我在 ssd 上安装了 Kubuntu 18.04，在硬盘上安装了 /home。

我遇到的问题基本上是我打开的任何应用程序，它每 20 分钟就有 20% 的机会崩溃。我主要使用 Visual Studio Code（VS 代码），几乎每 20-40 分钟，编辑器停止响应，我必须等到它说重新打开或退出（我不会丢失任何文件/未保存的数据在这个程序中） ）。我相信 VS 代码会产生多个进程并且只有一个进程崩溃，因为我仍然可以单击菜单栏。此外，不同的窗口不会崩溃。只是崩溃窗口内的任何东西都没有响应。

此问题并非 VS Code 独有，Google Chrome 等工作应用程序崩溃并完全消失。此外，每隔一段时间就会出现一条通知，说以太网连接断开，然后在 1 秒后重新连接。没有互联网丢失。

我认为问题可能出在 KDE Plasma 5（因为这是我第一次使用它），所以我安装了 Gnome 并且问题是一样的。另请注意，我在这台 PC 上有 32GB RAM（带有 4GB 交换），因此内存不足从来都不是问题。

我做了以下操作，但都失败了（主要是硬件）：

  • 我安装了一个更新的内核（5.7），但仍然是同样的问题。
  • 我删除了 ssd 和 hd 并安装了一个新的 1tb ssd 并从头开始安装了 Kubuntu 20.04（root 和 /home 在同一分区中）。同样的问题。
  • 我使用 memtest86 ( https://www.memtest86.com/ )进行了内存测试。运行 2 小时没有问题（也在诊断工具中再次测试）
  • PSU 具有内置自检 (BIST)。我测试了它。没有问题。
  • 我运行了 BIOS 中的诊断工具。它通过不同的压力测试来测试 CPU/GPU/内存/网卡/HD/PCIe 总线/电缆/风扇。没有问题。

据报道，该 PC 支持 Linux（我们购买时预装了 Ubuntu 18.04）。我还有这台 PC 的最新 BIOS 固件（也重置它）和新 SSD（1TB 三星 860 EVO）的最新固件。

我联系了戴尔，他们寄给我一个带 CPU 的替换主板。我以为他们需要很长时间才能将我需要的东西寄给我，但他们很快（也就是第二天发货）。我想如果你从业务部门购买，你会得到更好的服务。

我安装了替代品，问题已经解决。我猜主板或cpu必须是问题。我仍然遇到网卡重启的其他问题，但我相信这个问题与我们的公司网络无关。
