工具栏中的TabLayout

我想通过新的设计支持库获得某种外观，并且我不能停止看到怪异的错误。

这是具有所需输出（不使用DSL完成）的截屏视频，以及我使用DSL获得的输出。

工具栏和选项卡位于带有viewpager的活动中，而recyclerView位于viewpager中的一个片段内（实际上是适配器，但我明白了）
