问题是我的家庭互联网调制解调器没有启用 ipv6。所以我去了调制解调器配置IP地址并启用它，问题在我家也得到了解决。

也可能是您的 ISP 不支持 ipv6，印度的 BSNL 就是这种情况，所以也要注意这一点。
