我试图创建一个与现有 API 同名的新 API。它不允许我创建。它说重复。所以感觉 API 是存在的；但未显示在 UI 中。我转到在发布者中管理订阅，我可以看到那里列出了 API。如果我单击 API 的 ，我可以看到它们。一切看起来都完好无损。但它没有列出。
