Android Studio：手电筒在关闭时崩溃

我正在尝试开发一个手电筒应用程序作为我的第一个“真正的”应用程序，并且几乎一切正常。但是每次我想关闭手电筒时，我的应用程序就会崩溃。代码和Logcat日志如下：
