终于我的错误解决了，但这不是我想要的确切解决方案。我所做的工作是我创建了一个新项目并采用了最小sdk版本，而15和进一步的api中都包含了15个bcoz动作栏功能。我认为该功能是在11 api中引入的。现在需要appcompat库不会出现任何错误...但是我通过替代解决方案解决了这个问题，但我也想回答我的问题。
