操作栏菜单项显示但不起作用

操作栏上的菜单图标不起作用。图标正在显示，但不可单击。我也应用了不同的主题，但没有帮助。

我设法找到问题，我解决了。问题是出自content.xml文件中的Drawer布局，我把这个抽屉放入了Activity.xml并解决了问题。
